To make enterprise-grade technology genuinely accessible to small and mid-sized businesses. That means honest pricing, plain language, fast response times and systems that keep working long after the invoice is paid. We measure our success by how rarely our clients have to think about IT at all.

A business landscape where a twelve-person studio runs on the same quality of infrastructure as a multinational — secure by default, automated where it matters, and fully documented. We are building the technology partner we always wished existed when we ran a creative business ourselves.
Who We Are
Brightfox Photography Ltd is a registered company. Our team blends software engineers, cloud architects, security specialists and support technicians who have shipped systems for retailers, agencies, clinics, law firms and creative studios.
From a photography studio to a full IT practice
The company was registered as a photography business, working with commercial clients who needed large volumes of imagery delivered quickly and safely. Handling terabytes of irreplaceable files forced us to become good at storage architecture, redundant backups, colour-managed workstations and secure client delivery.
Other studios started asking us to set up the same thing for them. Then their accountants asked. Then a retail chain, a legal practice and a clinic. What began as a favour became a service line, and eventually the main business.
We kept the original name because it is part of our history and because the discipline of photography — light, precision, patience — is exactly the discipline good infrastructure work needs.
Today Brightfox is organised around four practices: engineering, cloud, security and managed support. A single account lead coordinates all of them, so you never have to translate between suppliers.
We work on-site at client locations and support clients remotely. Everything we build is documented and handed to you — credentials, diagrams, runbooks. If you ever leave us, you leave with your systems intact.
We deliberately stay small enough that the person who answers your ticket has met you. Growth is capped by the quality of service we can honestly promise.
