Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 August 2026. These terms apply to your use of this website and, where stated, to services supplied by Brightfox Photography Ltd.
1. Who we are
Brightfox Photography Ltd (“Brightfox”, “we”, “us”) is a limited company. You can contact us at hello@brightfox-it.co.uk.
2. Using this website
By accessing this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update the terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.
- You must not use the site unlawfully or to harm its availability.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.
- You must not scrape, copy or republish content without written consent.
3. Information on the site
Content is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional advice and does not form a contract. Descriptions of services, timescales and indicative pricing may change; only a signed quotation or statement of work is binding.
4. Quotations and contracts
Services are supplied under a separate written agreement. Where there is a conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these terms. Quotations remain valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, and scope changes are handled through a written change request.
5. Fees and payment
Project fees are invoiced according to the milestones in the relevant statement of work. Managed support is invoiced monthly in advance. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within fourteen days, and statutory interest may be applied to late payment under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and layout belong to Brightfox or its licensors. Work product created for a client — source code, configurations and documentation — transfers to that client on full payment, except for our pre-existing tools and third-party components, which are licensed for use within the delivered system.
7. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information private and uses it only to deliver or receive the services. This obligation survives the end of an engagement.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of this website, and our liability under a service agreement is limited as stated in that agreement.
9. Third-party links
The site may link to external resources. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
